Our Company
Founded in 1993 by retired Dowell mechanics Joe Eschbach and Wayne Murrell, Fleet Service of Tulsa has grown into a premier Service, Testing, and Remanufacturing Center for Customer-owned well-servicing equipment as well as On-Highway Heavy Vehicles, Agricultural and Arborist Equipment, and many types of hydraulically powered, Off-Highway machinery.
Purchased in March 2014, by Steve Walter, Fleet Service solidified its future with a continuing passion for Quality, Culture, Reputation, and unmatched Customer Service in all markets served.

Steve Walter
Mr. Steve Walter began in the Energy Sector in 1996 as a Field Technician for United Engines (UE) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During his 14 years at UE, he worked directly with customers to personally troubleshoot, quote, and repair numerous types of oilfield equipment.
After reaching the position of Master Field Technician, Steve became responsible for recruiting and training junior technicians, as well as the daily management and scheduling of several direct reports. Additionally, he arranged customer-training events to instruct participants on Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
In 2010, Steve transferred to UE Manufacturing (UEM) where he was the General Manager of the S.E. 29th and Gilson facilities before becoming the Parts and Service Manager. In this role he built a ground-up Field Service organization managing 3 technicians and generating $6.8 million in revenue in the first year. He has led teams to investigate and outline plans to open new service facilities across the U.S.
Steve has traveled to over 13 countries to both commission and repair oilfield equipment. Additionally, he has over 600 hours of certified class studies on Diesel Engine Troubleshooting & Repair, Transmission Troubleshooting and Repair, Electrical Systems, Quality Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Employee Safety.
As the chief executive officer, Steve is committed to safe and efficient service concepts that support our customers and their fleet vehicles.
Mrs. Corena Lashley
Mrs. Corena Lashley currently serves as President & COO at Fleet Service of Tulsa. Prior to her hiring, Corena worked in multiple roles at Tinker Air Force Base, OC-ALC Maintenance Complex. Corena received a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma. Corena serves as a member on the UCO Advisory Board and is a member of the Junior League of OKC.
Stephen Wilkins
Stephen started his career in the late 90s in the Moving and Storage industry, working for his family’s business in Tulsa, OK. He then got into financial services for the next decade, ultimately owning his mortgage company in Austin, TX. Stephen then switched careers and got into the Medical supply and distribution business, working for a Fortune 400 company before moving back to Tulsa, OK. He founded a DME supply company for several years before entering the Oil and gas Industry.
As Director of Business Development, he traveled the country selling engineering, fabrication, and construction services to oil and gas facilities. Briefly getting back into transportation, Stephen was in Business Development for a Towing and Recovery business before ultimately starting his career with Fleet Service of Tulsa as an Outside Sales Representative. In his free time, he cherishes time spent with his wife, Casey, daughter, Chase, and their 200lb English Mastiff, Rip, while also playing a few rounds of golf. As the Outside Sales Representative, Stephen prides himself on communicating and being available to his customers. He believes that honest work deserves honest compensation and strives to make his customers' experience with FSoT as pleasant and fair as possible.
Paul Zuniga
Paul started in the parts industry in 2006 at a local auto parts store. He then went on to work for a large dealership of medium and heavy-duty trucks for several years. Later he also took on the trade of welding where he became a skilled TIG, MIG and FLUX welder.
Paul started at Fleet Service of Tulsa as parts buyer for our On-Highway shop in 2016. After about a year he was promoted to the oil-field shop as the Parts Buyer, and shortly after he earned the position as the Parts Manager. Paul’s exceptional need to serve his customers and build relationships with vendors and coworkers has served him well. His extensive knowledge of domestic and international parts sourcing and logistics goes unmatched. In 2019 Paul was promoted to General Manager allowing him more influence over company operations and customer satisfaction.
Paul says, “The people I work with are great. I have worked with and am currently working with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Fleet Service of Tulsa is like being at home, not a tedious corporate environment; Everyone here at Fleet cares for one another as if we were family and share a common goal to take care of our customers.”
